Stead Tread 5K Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser

The Stead Tread is a 5K (3.1 mile) Run/Walk organized by the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Duke University Medical Center. All proceeds benefit the Lincoln Community Health Center, a clinic dedicated to meeting the health care needs of medically underserved patients in Durham.

WHAT: The 12th annual Stead Tread Charity 5K walk/run (steadtread.org)
WHEN: Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, with a race start time of 9am. We ask runners/walkers to arrive by 8:30am at the latest to ensure a seamless check-in process.
WHERE: As in years past, the race will take place on the American Tobacco Trail and will start and finish at Solite Park in Durham.
WHO: The event is open to the entire community, (strollers and pets, too!)

– Register by September 1st to guarantee a t-shirt! $35 per person. Free registration for kids 12 years and younger, and patients of Lincoln.
