Mark your calendars! Melina’s Fresh Pasta will be hosting an Italian Food And Wine Festival at Durham Central Park in Durham on June 9.

There’s not many details yet, but we know for sure there will be pasta and cannoli. So you can count us in. We’ll keep you up to date as we know more. In the meantime, you can purchase freshly made pasta at Melina’s Fresh Pasta retail location.

About Melina’s Fresh Pasta

From their about page: After coming back from Pasta Making School, the owner Carmella kept her day job which is too boring to go into and started making pasta as a hobby. Their first farmer’s market was in Wake Forest in November 2010 with a few dozen hand rolled pastas in rickety packaging from the Dollar Store. In the spring of 2011, with some help from her college roommates from Colgate, they got ready for their first spring markets in Wake Forest, Cary & Carrboro. After selling out the pasta that took an entire week to make in 2 seconds, Carmella decided to go all in.

You can find Melina’s Fresh Pasta off Chapel Hill Road in Durham. Open since 2010, they’re the Triangle’s only fresh pasta shop. You can purchase their pasta at their retail location, plus they host hands-on pasta making classes.

Connect with them on their website, Instagram, or Facebook.
